Members of the Maryland Society, Sons of the American Revolution Continental Color Guard fire a musket salute during the dedication of the historical marker for Major General Marquis de Lafayette’s farewell tour of the United States in Havre de Grace Friday afternoon. 
The farewell tour will make its way through Harford and Cecil counties on July 29, 200 years after he first made the trip back in 1825.
