Whether it was his grandfather's Italian spot in Highlandtown, his godfather's well-known Costas Inn, or his uncle’s Jimmy’s Famous Seafood, Kefalas hopes to carry on the family’s culinary legacy with his new store, Yala Greek Ice Cream.
