Dayhoff: Great community events are scheduled in Carroll County this summer

The New Windsor Fire Department is proud to announce that the department has signed a contract with Seagrave Fire Apparatus for the construction of a new fire engine to replace our current Engine 101. According to a media release on May 5, 2025 by Assistant Fire Chief David Coe, The cost of the "new" Engine 101 is approximately $1.3 million. Remarkably, this project is being funded entirely through fundraising events such as the upcoming annual carnival May 20-24, 2025.
