Dayhoff: Western Maryland College professor Wasyl Palijczuk dies at 90

Wasyl Palijczuk, in his office at Western Maryland College in March 1989, was an art professor at Western Maryland College – now McDaniel College, for over 30 years. Palijczuk has died at the age of 90. Palijczuk was born in 1934 in Dzhuriv, Ukraine, a small village near the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains. He came to Baltimore after WWII.
