Bryna Zumer is an emerging desk news editor focused on Carroll, Harford and Howard counties. She has been a journalist in the Baltimore area since 2007, most recently at WMAR 2 News and FOX45. She was also a reporter for The Aegis and Owings Mills Times. She has bachelor’s degrees in journalism and sociology from University of Maryland, College Park. She was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and grew up in Reisterstown. She has a toddler and two fluffy cats.

2024 Sykesville Main Street Cocoa Crawl, presented by the Merchants of Main Street and the Downtown Sykesville Connection.
