Police raid drug market near Penn North, make arrests around Baltimore after mass overdose

UPDATED:

Baltimore Police raided what they described as an open-air drug market located around the corner from last week's mass overdose in West Baltimore. Five people were charged, though not in connection with last Thursday's overdoses.
