The Baltimore Washington One Carnival parade moves from Park Circle to Druid Hill Park. The festivities are hosted by the Caribbean American Carnival Association of Baltimore (CACAB) and the DC Caribbean Carnival Committee (DCCC). This is the 42nd year of the carnival.
