Bill would require Baltimore City firefighters to restrict scene of emergencies

Caution tape remains up at the scene of a deadly fire which claimed the lives of three Baltimore firefighters Monday, and left another one critically injured. The firefighters were inside the vacant rowhome in the 200 block of S. Stricker St. in the city's New Southwest/Mount Clare neighborhood when it partially collapsed.
