{"id":11570217,"date":"2025-07-22T16:38:51","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T20:38:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.baltimoresun.com\/?p=11570217"},"modified":"2025-07-23T06:30:57","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T10:30:57","slug":"carroll-county-family-behind-popular-food-truck-opens-little-gs-diner-in-hampstead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.baltimoresun.com\/2025\/07\/22\/carroll-county-family-behind-popular-food-truck-opens-little-gs-diner-in-hampstead\/","title":{"rendered":"Carroll County family behind popular food truck opens Little G&#8217;s Diner in Hampstead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The family behind a local food truck and pop-up lemonade stand has brought a diner back to Hampstead.<\/p>\n<p>Little G&#8217;s Diner has built up a lot of hype on social media and will hold a grand opening Saturday in the North Side Business Center on Main Street, previously home to the well-known Hampstead Diner.<\/p>\n<p>The new restaurant is &#8220;a community-driven revival of Hampstead\u2019s diner legacy,&#8221; owners Christopher and Katie Coil said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Little G&#8221; in the diner&#8217;s name is their son, Grayson, who is set to cut the ribbon on the new establishment at 10 a.m. on Saturday, at 1365 N. (Nia Meyers\/Staff)<\/div><a href=\"#\" class=\"icon-enlarge mng-gallery-fullscreen-expand\" aria-label=\"Expand fullscreen slideshow\"><span>Expand<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<p>Area residents might recognize Grayson from &#8220;Mason and Grayson&#8217;s Lemonade Stand,&#8221; which has <a href=\"https:\/\/bebosmacshack.com\/mason-and-graysons-lemonade-stand\/\">set up at community events and festivals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The family&#8217;s KC Elite Hospitality, LLC, business has been running <a href=\"https:\/\/bebosmacshack.com\/\">Bebo&#8217;s Mac Shack,<\/a> a food truck focused on mac and cheese, in the Westminster area \u2014 along with the lemonade stands and catering.<\/p>\n<p>Grayson did a menu reveal for Little G&#8217;s Diner on Facebook, showcasing specials such as &#8220;juicy smash burgers,&#8221; &#8220;hearty breakfasts,&#8221; &#8220;delightful sandwiches,&#8221; &#8220;homemade soups,&#8221; &#8220;sweet treats for the little ones&#8221; and more.<\/p>\n<p>Little G&#8217;s will serve breakfast all day, and offer lunch dishes in &#8220;a cozy and nostalgic setting,&#8221; according to the news release.<\/p>\n<p><em>Have a news tip? Main St.<\/p>\n<p>Area residents might recognize Grayson from \"Mason and Grayson's Lemonade Stand,\" which has <a href=\"https:\/\/bebosmacshack.com\/mason-and-graysons-lemonade-stand\/\">set up at community events and festivals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The family's KC Elite Hospitality, LLC, business has been running <a href=\"https:\/\/bebosmacshack.com\/\">Bebo's Mac Shack,<\/a> a food truck focused on mac and cheese, in the Westminster area \u2014 along with the lemonade stands and catering.<\/p>\n<p>Grayson did a menu reveal for Little G's Diner on Facebook, showcasing specials such as \"juicy smash burgers,\" \"hearty breakfasts,\" \"delightful sandwiches,\" \"homemade soups,\" \"sweet treats for the little ones\" and more.<\/p>\n<p>Little G's will serve breakfast all day, and offer lunch dishes in \"a cozy and nostalgic setting,\" according to the news release.<\/p>\n<p><em>Have a news tip?
