To be blunt, Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier’s process for selecting an inspector general from start to finish stunk. There is obviously something behind the curtain that Baltimore County residents aren’t being told (“Baltimore County executive nominates new inspector general, rejects Madigan,” July 24).
I nominate Klausmeier to have her picture hung between former disgraced Baltimore County Executives Spiro Agnew and Dale Anderson.
