George Parker Phillips III, founder and operator of Phillips’ Harbour House in Annapolis, dies

George Parker Phillips III, who founded and operated Phillips' Harbour House in Annapolis and fostered the development of the City Dock, died of old age complications July 8 at the Life Care Center of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He was 96.
